Before you order
Get the fit right the first time.
We will send the studio's sizing notes and measuring guide, and first look at new styles. A pair is cut to your measurements, so this is the email worth having.

How long does it take?
Every pair is made after you design it. Production is 4 to 6 weeks, then it ships.
How do I get the size right?
Set your size and width in the studio and use the sizing notes to measure before you decide. A pair is cut to your numbers and to nobody else’s, so this is the one step worth taking slowly.
Can I change my order once it is placed?
You confirm every choice in the studio before the pair goes to the atelier. Once the leather is cut, the pair is already yours and cannot be made over for anyone else.
Can I put a name or crest on it?
Yes. Monogramming and crest motifs are available on velvet slippers and loafers, on top of the full choice of material, color, lining, sole and finish.
Where are your pairs made?
In Spain. Every pair is cut, sewn, lasted and finished in our atelier there, then shipped to you, which is why we ask for 4 to 6 weeks. Our office is in Towson, Maryland, and we sell exclusively online.

The customizer is the studio. Set silhouette, leather or velvet, color, lining, sole or finish, monogram, size and width. It takes about ten minutes, and nothing is charged until you place the order.
